Credit Cards

Registration fees may also be paid by VISA, Mastercard or American Express cards. Simply download and complete the » Credit Card Authorization Form and return it by fax to the ASSZISZTENCIA Congress Bureau to +36 1 350-0929 Please, do not send credit card details via e-mail for security reasons. Signature is also required for authorization!

Invoicing

Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the ASSZISZTENCIA Congress Bureau will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Please note: Registration fees include the coffee breaks and the reception. In line with the Hungarian tax regulations, invoices will show registration fees divided into registration costs and catering costs.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations should be sent to ASSZISZTENCIA Congress Bureau in written form.

No show up cases

The organizers take efforts to run a successfull conference. Based on the list of registrants and order status conference services will be provided in sufficient numbers. Please take into consideration that after deadlines some conference materials and meals or hotel rooms cannot be cancelled or resold and therefore no refund is available. However substitution in person is always acceptable.

Entry Visa

Hungary is a member of the Schengen Area, and applies the Schengen legislation in full.

Citizens of the EU/EEA member states and of the following countries may travel to Hungary without a visa:
Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Salvador, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, USA, Uruguay, Venezuela.

Entry visas can be obtained at any Hungarian embassy, consulate, and in some cases at border crossing points. Please refer to the »  Portal of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs where you can check the visa and immigration regulations, and can find Hungarian missions in your country where you can apply for visa. If you need an invitation letter for visa, please send a short note to the conference secretariat.
